Dale Fuller

Mr. Fuller serves as the chairman of the board of directors of AVG and has extensive previous board experience which includes stints at McAfee, Borland, Webgistix, Krugle, Phoenix Technologies, Guidance Software and Quest Aircraft Company. He is also the CEO & President of MokaFive, a virtualization provider for businesses. Fuller has a strong track record of successfully starting and leading companies through critical business growth. Fuller has served as interim President and CEO of McAfee, President and CEO of Borland Software Corporation, and GM/VP of the Powerbook Division of Apple Computer and of the NEC Portable Computer Division of Motorola.

Hemanshu Nigam

Mr. Nigam has been at the forefront of Internet security in private industry, government, and law enforcement for more than 20 years. In addition to advising The White House and The United Nations on issues of online safety, he has held leadership positions at News Corporation, Microsoft (MSFT), and the U.S. Department of Justice, where he is responsible for millions of dollars in landmark judgments against online criminals and for removing thousands of predators from the Internet.

Dr. Yael Idisis

Dr. Idisis is a clinical criminologist, lecturer in the Criminology Department in Bar Ilan University, Israel and founder and principal developer of the post-MA program, Assessment and Treatment of Adult and Adolescent Sex Offenders. In addition, she is a therapist for sex offenders treated in the community, and also serves as a risk assessor for sex offenders working under the guidelines of the Law for the Protection of the Public from Sex Offenders.

Dr. Idisis received a Ph.D. in Criminology from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
